About Steve Giovanisci, DDS

Steve Giovanisci, DDS, is an excellent dentist serving patients at Montrose Dental Specialty in Montrose, California. 

Born east in Philadelphia, Dr. Giovanisci has lived throughout the United States. Boasting years in New Jersey, Delaware, the Chicago area, and the East Bay area of San Francisco, he finally settled in La Canada, California, as he began high school at St. Francis High School. He then moved to Santa Clara, California, where he earned his bachelor's in Biology at Santa Clara University. 

After relocating to Los Angeles in the 1980s, he achieved his Doctor of Dental Surgery from the prestigious University of Southern California's Herman Ostrow School of Dentistry. He has been practicing dentistry in Montrose, California, ever since. 

Dr. Giovanisci trained rigorously to provide orthodontic treatment for his patients and has participated in annual conferences for continuing education in the field since 1997. He is currently a member of the California Dental Association, the American Dental Association, the San Fernando Valley Dental Society, and the Academy of General Dentistry. 

In 1985, Dr. Giovanisci married the love of his life, Catherine. They raised three incredible children: Nicole, Christopher, and Joseph. His interests outside the office include movies, theater, music, travel, skiing, NFL football, and NHL hockey -- chiefly the Philadelphia Eagles. Most of all, he enjoys hanging out with family and friends and caring for his patients!
